Polish-NEWS.com: “Poland is a place worth investing in” — said Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Poland. A proof of this is the launch in Warsaw of the Samsung Business Experience Centre, the company’s largest undertaking of this kind in Europe.

The Samsung Business Experience Centre established in Warsaw is a space for collaboration with business partners, showcasing the latest technologies, and testing solutions that are transforming how many industries operate. It is designed to support companies and institutions from Poland, Central Europe, and global markets. Its opening on October 6, 2025, marks an important step in realizing Samsung’s European B2B strategy. Among the attendees at the inauguration was Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy.

What is Samsung’s approach to Poland?

By opening the Business Experience Centre in Warsaw, Samsung highlights Poland’s strategic significance in its global operations. It represents the first facility on such a scale where enterprises from Poland and Europe can directly access cutting-edge technologies and co‑test solutions that will later be implemented both locally and in markets around the world.

Does Andrzej Domański believe investing in Poland is worthwhile?

“Poland is today one of the most attractive places for new investments — a place where it is worth investing, developing, and looking toward the future,” said Andrzej Domański, Minister of Finance and Economy. “This potential is built by people, Polish engineers and specialists — they are the greatest asset of the country. What matters to me is that Samsung is building a space and joining forces with our Polish companies, creating synergy and joint solutions that respond to global challenges and strengthen the power of the Polish economy and Polish business.” added Andrzej Domański, present at the event.

Is the Business Experience Centre opened in Warsaw the largest?

The Samsung Business Experience Centre opened in Warsaw — the capital of the Republic of Poland — is the company’s largest project on a European scale. Samsung’s partners have access there to modern conference rooms and premium meeting zones covering over 1,200 m², and 9 interactive zones incorporating more than 180 real business scenarios. Through these zones, visitors can test innovations tailored to various sectors and the challenges enterprises face. Their mission includes enhancing efficiency, security, and the cooperation of devices.

What does Piotr Stelmachów think about the opening of the Business Experience Centre?

“The opening of the Business Experience Centre in Warsaw is for Samsung both an investment and a clear signal that Poland is a place where we want to develop projects of global importance,” states Piotr Stelmachów, VP Head of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Electronics Poland. “Today companies need partnership in the implementation of technology, and the Samsung Business Experience Centre is meant to give them room to experiment and jointly uncover the practical potential of innovations. We believe that it is here, through the meeting of different perspectives, that solutions are born which genuinely transform entire industries.” adds Piotr Stelmachów.

Do the technologies meet real business needs?

In the Business Experience Centre, technologies engage with real business needs. Each themed zone highlights a different dimension of digital transformation:

One innovation involving local partners is Paperless, developed by Asseco Data Systems and Xtension. With Samsung Knox architecture, it is the world’s first solution allowing biometric handwritten signature on a Samsung Galaxy tablet. The system ensures document integrity and non‑alterability, backed by a Common Criteria security certification. Meanwhile, the National Institute of Cardiology used the Samsung Galaxy Watch to monitor patients’ physical activity as part of a cardiovascular disease prevention program.

Does Samsung support national cybersecurity and infrastructure protection?

Samsung long supports key clients responsible for national cybersecurity and infrastructure protection. As early as 2019, the company launched the Cybersecurity Cooperation Program (PWCyber), collaborating with entities such as the Ministry of Digital Affairs, NASK, and the Government Security Center. Samsung provides threat intelligence and conducts training for thousands of public officials. The security certifications granted to Samsung devices by the Internal Security Agency and NATO-affiliated certifying bodies attest to the highest levels of data protection and privacy, making them a trusted choice in the public sector.

Is the Business Experience Centre equipped with Samsung’s full portfolio?

Yes. The Centre is equipped with Samsung’s full portfolio — from LED displays and interactive monitors, to Galaxy mobile devices, tablets, wearables, Knox-based solutions, the SmartThings Pro platform, and VXT content management systems. It also features partner technologies that integrate with Samsung’s ecosystem to form a cohesive solution.

Where is the Business Experience Centre located?

The Business Experience Centre is located on the 23rd floor of one of Warsaw’s most prestigious skyscrapers, the Warsaw Spire, at Plac Europejski 1, in Warsaw.
