Polish NEWS: Nominations for the 15th edition of the Pracodawca Godny Zaufania competition are open until September 30, 2025. This long-running contest, launched in 2009, promotes employers in Poland who actively cultivate a positive employment culture and implement best practices in human capital management.
Since its inception, Pracodawca Godny Zaufania has helped foster an organizational culture based on respect, innovation, and social responsibility, setting standards for the future of the Polish labor market. The initiative aims to recognize and promote enterprises running outstanding human capital projects, highlighting good practices and inspiring others to create employee-friendly workplaces.

What does Andrzej Arendarski think about the competition?
“The Pracodawca Godny Zaufania competition promotes values that are especially important in today’s transformative times,” explains Dr. Andrzej Arendarski – President and Co-founder of the Krajowa Izba Gospodarcza.
“Poland is navigating a sharp curve of events crucial for the future of its statehood and what we call European civilization. In this context, we must realize that the behavior of employers shapes social moods, which influence both parliamentary and everyday decisions.

Are employers meeting the level of responsibility society expects of them? Are entrepreneurs correctly interpreting the signs of the times? Participants in Pracodawca Godny Zaufania can apply in one of ten categories:

- Volunteering
- Health
- Internship Programs
- Motivation
- SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises)
- Parent-Friendly Company
- Disability-Inclusive Company
- Digital Development
- ESG Leader
Applicants must employ at least 50 people, except in the MŚP category, which is exempt from this requirement.
How and When to Apply
Applications for Pracodawca Godny Zaufania can be submitted until September 30, 2025.

The awards will be presented at a formal gala on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
